A: Our minimum number of custom challenge coins is with no limited quantity, even 1pc is also appreciated. But will have a mold fee need to be paid. Please kindly consult your sales associate, and he/she will follow up immediately.

A: We prefer vector art, however we can accept and work with any of the following type of files

Q: Can you help me make my own designs development? How about the sampling fee and lead time?    

A: Sure. We always welcome OEM&ODM, and we have powerful design teams to do this. Just provide us your ideas and drawings, then we can offer you the artwork for you in 3-5days. The sampling fee is according to the size/materials of the items. Sample time is 5-7 working days.

Q: How could I make payment?

A: Online Escrow payment is welcome, and Paypal, TT, Western Union payment is also acceptable.
